Article 1

General terms and conditions The general terms and conditions of business are the legal basis for defining the rights and obligations arising from business with gift vouchers.

With the publication of these general terms and conditions by Zavod V Naravo, Pohorska ulica 21a, Maribor, every buyer is informed that by purchasing a gift voucher he accepts these general terms and conditions and the manner of dealing with gift vouchers.

Article 2

When purchasing a gift voucher, the customer chooses the specific value indicated on the gift voucher.

Article 3

The provider, Zavod v Narava, issues an invoice when the gift certificate is issued.

Article 4

The validity of the gift certificate is until the day the Corn Labyrinth is closed, in the year indicated in the gift certificate, from the day of purchase of the gift card. After the expiration date, any unused gift vouchers are no longer valid. The buyer or holder of the gift certificate is obliged to keep a record of its validity. The service provider is responsible for resolving complaints after the gift card has expired. Complaints about validity can be submitted in writing by post or by email at info@koruzni-labirint.si.

Article 5

A visit to the corn maze with a gift voucher can only be made in the full amount of credit on the gift voucher. In the event that the value of the credit on the gift voucher is not sufficient for the visit, payment for the difference to the value of the purchased service can be made with a valid means of payment. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can the remaining value be redeemed in cash.

 

Article 6

These general business conditions come into force on the day of their publication on the website www.koruzni-labirint.si.

We reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions for issuing and using gift vouchers without prior notice. We immediately publish the changed general terms and conditions on the website www.koruzni-labirint.si.

 

Article 7

Unauthorized and illegal use of gift vouchers is a criminal offence. Any disputes between the holder of the gift card and the provider of the service are resolved by the competent court in Maribor.
